Please note that there may be circumstances and delays that are out of our control, such as natural disasters or holidays, which may cause shipping postponements. We do not guarantee the exact delivery time as it is the responsibility of the shipping company.
4. Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! To cancel your order, please send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL" at least 24 hours before it is created.
5. What should I do if I entered an incorrect address?
If you have entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately with the correct information. We will do our best to correct the address within 24 hours.
6. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take extra care in packaging our items, but in rare cases, products may arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens, please contact us with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We will be happy to send you a replacement free of charge.
7. What if my order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items?
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any available items immediately and the remaining items as soon as they become available. If you receive only a part of your order, rest assured that the rest of your items will be shipped shortly after.
